About the Role
Serves as the front-line worker of ASHI (Ahon Sa Hirap, Inc.), responsible for educating and motivating members to pursue their aspirations in life. A Development Officer acts as the bridge between the organization and its clients, ensuring sustainable growth and development of members and their livelihood.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct Center Meetings and Social Development Programs (SDP)
Recruiting new members
Submit reports on a regular basis
Managing documents and loan disbursements
Maintaining positive aspirations, motivations, and good credit discipline
Qualifications
A Heart to Serve the poor
Able to work in a full-time on-site stay provided with lodging
College graduate of any 2- or 4-year course; or with at least 72 units and a GWA of 85
Ready to be assigned in various project sites
Requirements
1. Government Mandated Numbers (bring any forms/ID indicating the number)
o SSS
o Pag-ibig
o Phil-health
o Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
2. 1 copy of 1x1 & 2x2 ID Picture (updated)
3. NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
o If you have children, provide a copy of their birth certificates
4. Marriage Certificate (if married)
5. NBI Clearance
6. School Credentials (any of the following)
o Diploma
o Certificate of Graduation/Completion
o Transcript of Records (TOR)
o Certificate of Grades (ONLY if, at least, 72 units completed)
7. Medical Certificate (Indicating “Fit to Work”)
8. Lab Results:
o Urinalysis
o Fecalysis/Stool Examination
o Complete Blood Count (CBC)
o Chest X-ray
9. Certificate of Employment (if previously employed)
