Last September 19, 2025 , a free MediCaravan  was held at the Central Covered Court, Brgy. Poblacion Uno, Real, Quezon , serving a total of 512 patients . The activity was a joint medical, optical, and dental mission  organized by the Dr. Nicanor D. Montoya Foundation, Inc. (DNDMFI)  and Ahon sa Hirap, Inc. (ASHI) . Last October 24, 2025 , a free medical and dental mission  was held in San Pedro, Laguna , helping a total of 458 patients . The activity was a joint effort of Sun Life Grepa Financial Inc. , Stronghold Insurance Company Inc. , and Ahon sa Hirap, Inc. (ASHI) .
