ASHI’s Free OB-GYNE Medical Mission in Head Office Pililla, Rizal

On August 10, 2025, Ahon sa Hirap, Inc. (ASHI), a Microfinance NGO successfully conducted a Free OB-GYNE Medical Mission at Head Office in Pililla, Rizal. This meaningful event was made possible through the invaluable support of partners KnKPInc. and NPK Medical Trading.

A total of 130 members and their families benefited from a full day of essential medical services focused on women's health. The initiative was designed not only to provide direct healthcare support but also to raise awareness and promote preventive care for women in the community.

Our Achievements at a Glance:

• 125 patients attended the Women’s Wellness Lecture

• 15 OB ultrasounds & prenatal consultations

• 125 breast examinations

• 109 gynecologic ultrasounds

• 110 gynecologic consultations

• 97 Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) procedures

• 8 cryotherapy treatments

• 3 cervical polypectomies

• 2 IUD removals

• 24 breast ultrasounds

• 1 thyroid ultrasound

• 1 whole abdomen ultrasound

This initiative reflects ASHI’s continued commitment to prioritizing women’s health and empowering communities through accessible, high-quality healthcare services. By

combining education with hands-on medical support, ASHI ensures that women in grassroots communities receive not only the care they need, but also the knowledge to take charge of their health.
