Jalajala, Rizal — A meaningful dialogue was recently held, led by Mayor Jarry V. Añago, together with the SK Chairpersons from each barangay and representatives from Ahon sa Hirap, Inc. (ASHI), led by Ms. Elvira Fainsan of Training and Development Division.

The meeting focused on the implementation of the Finance-Dualized Education Program, an initiative designed to provide education and livelihood opportunities for Out-of-School Youth. The program combines classroom learning with practical, income-generating training, giving young people a second chance to build a better future.

This effort is part of a timely partnership between ASHI and the Municipal Government of Jalajala, reflecting a shared commitment to creating pathways for youth empowerment and inclusive development.

Together, we are laying the groundwork for a brighter tomorrow—one opportunity at a time.
